The Space

Our villa is your home away from home which can accommodate up to 6 people. Traditionally decorated interior sets the mood for a relaxing stay. From the minute you enter, you will know you have arrived in Paradise!
The true highlight of this home is the Tropical Oasis in the backyard! Featuring a large pool which is perfect for sunbathing, for those wanting some shade you can enjoy the views from the lanai which also provides excellent living and dining area.
The kitchen is fully furnished with every conceivable cooking gadget there is (- dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer, ice -maker, microwave etc.) allowing you to enjoy anything from a quite lunch together to preparing a feast for your family!
The 2 rooms are bright and cheerful featuring a king bed, also there is 1 coach that unfolds into bed in the living room.
2 bathrooms are spotless and have plenty of towels for everyone. Some extra towels and bedding you will find in the laundry cupboard. We provide all linens as well, which as you might expect are extremely nice.
The living room has a TV with basic cabel, free WI Fi connection for all the guests. The dining room table seat 6 adjoining the open plan kitchen.
For your convenience – there is utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and indoor drying area.
To keep your car safe and sound – there is a single car garage with electric door, leading to integral house door for easy access to the home.
If any questions will arise – there is a guest book which you will find on your arrival, that provides details of the accommodation.

The Neighborhood

Our neighborhood…- we are located in a great spot ☺
Year-round outdoor recreation and water sports abound, as the Gulf of Mexico, Sarasota Bay, the Myakka River, Lemon Bay, and the Inter-coastal Waterway surround the area. The average daily temperature range is from 72 in January to 91 in August, which is one reason why this area is so popular with tourists at any time of the year. In any month, there are usually 22 sunny days, a real cure for the gloom of winter.
Plenty of shopping malls, cafes, restaurants are all within very easy reach.
Siesta Key beach – central Sarasota’s gateway to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, an island with luxurious amenities and a relaxed vibe is just 15 minutes away.
Sarasota is near Tampa, Orlando and Disney World.

. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-ins.
2. This is a NON SMOKING home.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions unless approved by owner.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests for the house is limited to amount specified on the reservation.
6. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
7. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. Once agreement is signed and returned the rate is guaranteed for the agreement amount.
8. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
9 WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
10. HURRICANE/STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given for any types of storms or Act of God issue. It is recommend that you get a Travel Insurance Policy.

11 It is 100% up to the owner on whether to reimburse or refund due to any issues that may arise during your stay pertaining to the unit. Such as… Cable, wifi, power, appliances not working properly, etc…

12. Beach towels are not provided.

13. This contract is binding upon initial payment. No signatures are required.

14.SWIMMING POOL AND/OR HOT TUB USE: Our property has a (swimming pool, spa and/or hot tub) located thereon. The tenant(s) will use the swimming pool and/or hot tub at the tenant’s own risk. The landlord will not be held responsible for the injuries sustained by the tenant and/or the tenant’s occupants or guests when using the swimming pool and/or hot tub, and the tenant will indemnify the landlord for any actions resulting from injuries to tenant and/or tenant’s occupants or guests.

The tenant is responsible for the general maintenance of the swimming pool and/or hot tub. This includes, but is not limited to, keeping the swimming pool/hot tub clean of debris, properly maintaining chemicals and keeping the pool/hot tub areas clean, neat and organized.

The tenant understands and agrees to allow the landlord access at regular times to maintain the pool equipment. The tenant agrees to refrain from attempting to make any repairs or adjustments to the pool equipment or to any of the electrical wiring for the pool equipment.
The tenant must immediately notify the landlord of any repair that the swimming pool/hot tub may require. The tenant is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the swimming pool/hot tub that is required as a result of negligence by the tenant or the tenant’s occupants or guests. The tenant must operate the swimming pool/hot tub in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and in a safe, responsible manner.

No pets of any kind are permitted in the swimming pool and/or hot tub at any time.
The tenant understands that the swimming pool and/or hot tub is strictly an amenity and that the use of this amenity is not guaranteed under the terms of the lease. Any interruption or non-availability of the use of the swimming pool/hot tub will not violate any terms of the agreement.
