The Space

This elegant villa is the perfect getaway for any vacation. It is ideal for couples, families, group of friends or retirees looking for a weekly or monthly getaway. The location is fantastic – 15 minutes away from №1 beach in the USA – Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, many shops and restaurants. The perfect vacation villa with a cozy feel.
There are 3 bedrooms (2 with the king size bed and 1 with 2 twin beds) – 1 room has a private en-suite bathroom whilst 2 others will share in house bath/shower. The home comfortably sleeps 8 adults.
The living room seats 6-7 people comfortably, there is TV with plenty channels, DVD player, free Wi Fi connection for all the guests. The living room is open to the dining room which seats 6, perfect for entertaining friends and family lending a light airy feeling throughout.
The pool is 30 ft in length with depths varying from 3 ft to 7 ft, it offers open views over the adjacent lake. It is fully screened to protect you from insects and soften the rays of sun private pool allows you to relax and catch sunrays. It also features a Jacuzzi / spa, for your relaxation after a long day on the beach.
The home is fully equipped – you won’t have to leave. Kitchen is gorgeous with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal, it includes – dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer, ice -maker, microwave and plenty of crockery and utensils.
The utility room is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron with ironing board and indoor drying area. Ideal for those who pack light or for the guests who choose to stay a month.
Double garage with electric door leading to integral house door ensure easy access to the villa.
Towels and bedding are provided along with extra towels and bedding in the laundry cupboard.

Pool Heat Service

Pool heat is included in the cost of your rental. The heat is set at 84F. Pool equipment runs on a timer so that the jets and the heaters run during the daytime only for approx. 8 hours per day. Do not tamper with the equipment. No exceptions. You will be charged for any damage to the equipment as well as a service charge to reset the system as well as the pool heat and a processing fee. If you would like to have full access to the heating unit to adjust the temperature for the pool you can request access for a fee of $50 for the whole stay.
If the air temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, the heating unit will not work as effectively. We accept no responsibility for air temperature changes and no refunds will be given.

The Neighborhood

The City of Sarasota and the surrounding area are known as the cultural hub of Florida. An abundance of sun, sand and water provide a stunning backdrop to museums, botanical gardens, wildlife sanctuaries and professional theater, dance, art and music. Siesta Key beach – is central Sarasota’s gateway to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, an island with luxurious amenities and a relaxed vibe – only 15 minutes away from the villa.
Shopping malls, cafes, restaurants are all within very easy reach.
Enjoy 1 or few days in Walt Disney World and the attractions of the Orlando area which are an hour and three quarters drive away.
