The Space

If you are looking to unwind in the sun, then look no further than our beautiful and traditionally furnished Floridian villa, which can host up to 8 people.
Fancy a relaxed evening in? Then settle into a sofa in the living room and catch up with your favorite shows on our large Smart TV with DVD player. If you’d rather surf the web, then you can hook up to our fast, free Wi-Fi.
If you want to cook a meal for family, then the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want to make your life easier, including cutlery/crockery, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ice-maker, microwave, and of course the all-important coffee-maker for those early wake-ups! Plus, you can take care of any of your laundry needs in the utility room, which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and a dedicated drying area.
No traditional Florida villa would be complete without a swimming pool, and you can take advantage of ours whenever you fancy a lazy day or a quick dip. The private pool is seasonally heated during the cooler months and is 32ft long, meaning you’ll have plenty of space to splash around in. Once you step out you can enjoy a light lunch on the lanai – which benefits from a dining table – or cook up a storm with friends on the nearby grill. Gorgeous pine trees completes the serene feel.
When it’s time to put your head down for the evening, we have a selection of cosy rooms to offer. The master bedroom features a welcoming king-sized bed, as well as a private en-suite bathroom with luxurious shower to help you relax before you turn in. The serene second bedroom also has a king, and shares the main bathroom with another spacious, twin bedroom. Part of a larger party? No problems – the living room sofa opens up into a super comfortable double bed. All towels and bedding are provided, (with extras on-site), so you won’t need to worry about a thing once it’s time for sleep.
Parking is no issue either, as there is space for two cars on the driveway, as well as a further two in the double garage, which has both an electric external and secure internal door for easy access after a long day out.

THE POOL
We ask you to take extra care around the pool area and in the pool when there are children at the Villa.
We have provided plastic glasses and jugs for use around the pool area and ask that you do not use glass ones. This is for your own safety as if there was a breakage it could prove very dangerous especially if glass fell in the pool itself. The plastic glasses and jugs need to be washed by hand as they do not take kindly to the dishwasher.
The pool is cleaned and treated weekly on Tuesdays. Don’t get scared if you see a pool person walking around the pool.
Pool Heat Service
Pool heat is included in the cost of your rental. The heat is set at 84F. Pool equipment runs on a timer so that the jets and the heaters run during the daytime only for approx. 8 hours per day. Do not tamper with the equipment. No exceptions. You will be charged for any damage to the equipment as well as a service charge to reset the system as well as the pool heat and a processing fee. If your property has an outdoor Jacuzzi the temperature will be set at 84F as well. If you would like to have full access to the heating unit to adjust the temperature for both pool and Jacuzzi you can request access for a fee of $50 for the whole stay.
If the air temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, the heating unit will not work as effectively. We accept no responsibility for air temperature changes and no refunds will be given.

The Neighborhood

The City of Sarasota and the surrounding area are known as the cultural hub of Florida. An abundance of sun, sand and water provide a stunning backdrop to museums, botanical gardens, wildlife sanctuaries and professional theater, dance, art and music. Siesta Key beach – is central Sarasota’s gateway to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, an island with luxurious amenities and a relaxed vibe – only 15 minutes away from the villa.
Shopping malls, cafes, restaurants are all within very easy reach.
Enjoy 1 or few days in Walt Disney World and the attractions of the Orlando area which are an hour and three quarters drive away.
